I am signed up for both the may and June SAT tests.
Currently I have a 690 math 470 reading 500 writing
I am going to start a 1 on 1 tutoring class which I will go twice a week. He says they use collegeboard practice tests and it will Keep me motivated for studying. I am highly motivated or the sat though I want to get a great score to pair with my 3.97 GPA.

How high can I realistically raise my SAT the next time I take it?

You’ll hear stories of people raising their scores hundreds of points, and very rarely over a thousand. So theoretically the possibilities are limitless. HOWEVER, I’d caution you not to think too big. The stories of people raising their scores close to a thousand points are exceedingly rare, and dependent on how much they studied the first time. However, if you are very dedicated and have the time to study hard and have a quality tutor, then I don’t see why a few hundred points won’t be possible. But there is no definitive answer.
