SAT PROGRESS FOR OCTOBER 2014*** Study Plan

So guys My plan is to do Each Month a focus on that section
This month of June is Math
July Critical Reading
August Writing
September Review CR (or worst section)
Beginning of October 2 Full Length Tests
post your plans.

Your plan of studying only 1 section per month is definitely not the best of ideas. You’re likely to forgot the techniques and strategies while studying the other two sections. Consequently, you would have to rehash things that you’ve already studied.

In my personal opinion, studying all of them is a better idea. Or at least, make the span shorter, be it a day or a week. Your choice.

My plan as of right now because I’m studying for both the SAT and ACT simultaneously to improve my writing and english score

SAT 2-3 practice tests completed per week (When not tired)
Try to do two sections daily
If not doing anything really aim for more on weekends

Daily: 90 minutes of grammar practice daily with Erica Meltzer’s book and take notes
Daily: 1 hour of going through Dr. Chung’s 58 tips
Daily: 1 hour of making a quizlet of direct hits vocab
1-2 hour Break: Eat: Do something not pertaining to test taking
Daily: 90 minutes of grammar practice with blue book of grammar (take notes)
Afternoon: hang out with friends or study for ACT

I’m not really going to studying for the essay portion until probably the month before the test because 1) I don’t really care about that section and 2) I’m just going to look at how to write a 12 essay in 10 days
