What percentage of applicants (ED AND RD) apply to Tufts with 2100+ greater SAT?

not me i have a 2010

I think their average SAT is somewhere in the mid-high 2100s, so probably somewhere around 50-60% of their admitted students have 2100+? However, I don’t know anything about the averages for students who simply APPLY.

^I’m also not sure if any of these numbers are actually correct, so take them with a really big grain of salt. And remember, the Tufts SAT average includes special cases like recruited athletes, legacies, and URMs (I don’t know if OP is any of these things) so an unhooked applicant should look for more like 2200+ to be really competitive. However, Tufts is known for being pretty holistic and not numbers-based, so I wouldn’t worry too much provided your essays are good.

EDIT: just remembered, look for the Tufts Common Data Set online if you want reliable statistics

OP, I’ve never seen anyone compile statistics just for students that apply. Most colleges give you the stats for their accepted students. Those tend to be higher than the stats for their enrolled students. I’m sure that the stats for students that apply will be lower.

Tufts doesn’t publish a Common Data Set (don’t know why, myself). From [Accepted Student Profile Tufts University Admissions Department](Accepted Student Profile | Tufts Admissions) the mid-range scores for last year’s accepted class were 680-740/680-760/680-760 for the SAT CR, Math and Writing, respectively. The mean ACT composite was 31.
