SAT score not received?

I just checked my status with my UMD application, and they're saying they haven't received my official SAT scores yet, but collegeboard said it sent them on October 18. Do I have anything to be worried about, or is it just taking awhile for everything to be processed? Is there anything I can do?

Did you mail it? or Electronic? They say it takes 1-2 weeks electronically, so you are either on the late side of that or college board messed up. I’d call college board and see whats up

It does take a couple weeks to process sometimes and colleges are very used to receiving most of your application materials, but waiting on scores to arrive (and sometimes they are waiting on a transcript). As long as you submitted your application, supplement (if applicable), and the recommendations were sent on time, you are fine. The college will update your application as “complete” once they have everything, but to just be waiting on the scores alone will not mess up your chances of being admitted. If you are trying to make a Nov. 1 deadline, the college admissions office is still sorting through everything for the next couple of weeks (or longer)! Your scores are probably there, but not opened and put into your file. No worries if you ordered them from College board and it shows online that they were sent Oct. 18. If you are at all concerned, you can call College Board and they will give you an “account history” over the phone.

Ok thanks! I’ll give it another few days and then call collegeboard just to check.
