SAT scores above GPA - Schools?

So i just got my final transcript and my GPA is a 3.15
My SAT is 1810 with a 670M 590 CR 550W

I have taken honors foreign language for 3 years and some honors science and AP US last year.

Sadly I have downward trend in grades but I'm hoping that they will look at my senior year first semester.

My family went through financial troubles in the middle of my freshman year and we were forced to move to a smaller residence.

I will be taking AP CS, AP Calc AB, AP Physics 1, writing, and a history credit class that involves helping the community.

I have good extra curriculars - i am going to be captain of a sports team next year and I've been on another team for 4 years.

I will have 3 good recommendations.

I am a white male and come from upper middle class but won't be entirely supported by my parents. Budget is around 45K a year.

I want to go to school for a major in computer science and a minor in neuroscience (this may change but its what i would like to do at this time)

Currently I'm looking at schools like

U Mass Amherst

Stony Brook

Purdue

Pittsburgh

Syracuse

(I know that some are reaches)

If anyone could recommend some safety schools as well as some ballpark schools I would really appreciate it

Maybe we could talk.
I have an 3.12 unweighted and a 1780 sat also looking to major in comp sci
I don’t think syracuse umass or Purdue Are stretches, they have relatively good acceptance rates, and have a good wholistic view…I think you could get into any of those colleges.

A place like ohio university of univ of Delaware might be closer to safety range for you, or something like slippery rock or a smaller school with less expectations

thanks man yeah looks like we are in a similar boat

I’ve also been looking at some other places like
Binghamton
Rochester U and rochester institute of tech
Dayton univ
Indiana Bloomington
Virginia tech
James Madison
George mason
Bucknell
Shippensburg
Allegheny
Ohio northern
Case west.
Providence
Sacred heart
Fairfield
Richmond
Lehigh
Marquette
Stony brook
Xavier

Miami oh
Maryland

Some of these are kinda stretches but it helps me to make a big list
