SAT Scores/ final week

So as the last week before SATs approaches, I am getting ridiculously nervous.
Last time I got 2230 (770 math, 740 reading, 720 writing)
I am 100% sure that I will get 800 on math, however I am not so sure about reading- I've been average 700-740 in the practice tests with ~5-6 wrong each time (on last SAT I got 5 wrong). I am even more unsure about writing, averaging low 700s (700-720) without doing essay prep (no time for it). Last time I got an 8 on my essay and 2 questions wrong on the multiple choice (often because I overthink).

I have a few questions to ask you all:

1. is the writing section superscored? (I.E. if I get a 12 on my essay but way worse on my multiple choice, does it use the multiple choice section from the last time I took the test?)

2. What are some things I can do to prep for the reading/writing sections in the last few days? I have been doing 1-2 practice tests a day for the past 2-3 weeks, averaging 5-10 minutes per section. I have done 2-3 full tests every day on the weekend using all of the prescribed time for the reading/writing sections (10-25min per section) but see very little difference in my scores (maybe 10 pts higher).

3. I know you are all high achievers, but how will this look like for an ivy league? I asked my friend who got in to H (2350 superscore) who said that out of everyone there he had the highest SAT (my superscore would be at least 2260+).

Thanks all!
