Is a 2160 too low? The breakdown is 760 Math, 710 CR and 690 CR. Is it enough to be "qualified". I was looking through 2015 RD results thread, and there were a ton of 2250+ Pratt admits. Are the scores reported on CC (for any school, not just Duke) generally higher?

I’m assuming you meant 710 CR and 690 Writing?

Middle 50% Range of SAT and ACT Scores for Accepted Students

Engineering
SAT Verbal/Critical Reading: 690-770 (Your 710 is slightly above the 25th percentile for accepted students)
SAT Math: 760-800 (your 760 is right at the low end of the 50% range)
SAT Writing: 710-790 (Your 690 is just below the range, but this is the least important section).

In other words, Duke is a stretch for you but your scores aren’t terribly out of the range of accepted students or anything, so you certainly have a chance. High SAT II scores would help, especially if you got an 800 on Math IIC or something like that.

cc stats are much higher, yes
