Does anyone else feel this way? Is it worth a score verification?

Like how much lower ? Is it serious, or is it college confidential syndrome “man i got 770, thought i’d get 800, i’m doing it again i suck”.

Or did you get like 200 points lower than expected ?

I’m debating on whether or not I should do a score verification. I felt so good coming out of the test center, i thought i aced the math section but seeing my test scores today says otherwise ://.

Yah ksushum I was sure that my math score went up. Instead it went down.could be the curve, however I can’t imagine it was that much worse than the November one.

@Mishek @Ksushum Did you fill in the bubbles correctly, or were the answer shifted ? If you started filling them wrong at some point i don’t think a score verification will help.

That could be it. I mean Im fine with my super score but it is a bit annoying

You guys aren’t alone. I was expecting a 750-760 Math, but I received only a 690. My CR and W predictions were on the mark though. I’m thinking it may have been just a harsh curve.

I’m glad I’m not the only one…I was stunned when I went to my College Board account and saw a 630 on SAT Math (was expecting 700-710). I thought that I had mistakenly logged into someone else’s account or that CB had given my the wrong score.

I still hope this is a joke, and that my score will change somehow.

People who get 800’s do 2 things after finishing each section:
- check to see if they did each question correctly (i.e. reread each question carefully yet quickly)
- check to see if they bubbled the answer they got after doing step 1.

It was a really harsh curve. I only missed 2 math questions and I got a 740 on it so…
