SAT grade verification?

hi guys,
i took my third SATI in oct and got my grade back...i was really satisfied with my critical reading (770) and writing(720), but i was equally shocked that i got only 750 for math..cuz math is hella easy(no offense..im quite asian in this way..hehe:P) and i've got 800s in all the SAT math sections i've taken, including math IIC. i thought i could've made some stupid mistakes...but since 750 roughly means getting about 4-6 questions wrong..i think that's sorta unlikely..and Im also guessing i might've made some mistakes while gridding..but i was quite sure that i checked the grids cuz i finished the questions quite long b4 time was up....

Anyway, so collegeboard said it'll cost 50 bucks and take up to 5 weeks if i request score verification..do u guys think it'll be worth it? Will colleges think im not so good at math cuz of this? or do they really dont care since i've got 3 800s in math?
thanks much!!

Actually a 750 may mean a -2 in some tests when it is really easy, and 2 careless mistakes in a 4 hour test is quite probable.

If you have 3 800's already you shouldn't be worried at all. But yea, I got a raw score of 49 and a scaled score of 710, so you probably only got 2 wrong. I'm retaking this Saturday for an 800, however.

I have the same problem !! (almost.) I got two wrong and omitted one (according to my score report) and still received a 720!! Is that possible?

No, it won't. Colleges superscore your SAT, and you already have a 800/near 800 in previous SATs, right?
Congrats, you're done with SATs. Now you can forget about them (no, seriously, you have excellent grades, no worries now) and take care of your application.

(P.S.: My parents are taiwanese, and I think my mother was from Taichung =) )

Don't take the sat again

I think that the SAT's are not needed. Like why would someone's chance to go to college be damaged because he/she didn't remember someone they did about three years ago. Plus the mayority of colleges don't require a superscore. And I agree with az1698, you should not tkaethe SAT again that was a good score.
