@halcyon:
For some reason, it seems like girls on average tend to get much higher on the CR section than guys, and guys tend to get higher on the M section than girls. Albeit the disparity in my verbal and mathematical scores may be explained since English is my second language. At least my SAT IIs are all at and above 750.

2210 (800 CR, 720 M, 690 W with a 9 essay)

2110 (650 CR 700 M 760 W)
Retaking in January to get my CR in the 700s

@Ach: where did you find that out? I’m not a girl but I scored higher on the English parts the first time.

It seems at my school most of the kids that get 700+ in CR and W are girls, while the kids that usually get 700+ in math are all guys. I’ve recently checked the CollegeBoard website and I was right on the math and writing part, but there is a small disparity on the CR portion.

Interesting but I really think it depend of the teachers. I really sucked at geometry mainly because of my geo teachers.

Sent from my LG-VM696 using CC

As a girl, I got 800 both times on CR, a 730 on W, but I couldn’t crack 700 on M (680).

First (3/2012): 620/620/690 for a total of 1930.
Second (10/2012): 690/670/700 for a total of 2060.

Junior, 1st time in November
640 CR
670 M
650 W
1960 T
I’m not happy with it though, I’m looking for a 2100+.

2250 (730 CR, 720 W, 800 M)<---- one sitting and damn proud
I probably could’ve brought my writing score up quite a bit, but I didn’t see a point in wasting time that could be better spent to increase a score that is already good enough for any school.
