SAT sending scores fee waiver for international students

Hi,

I'm from Kenya and I'm applying to about 14 universities. I can't afford to send both SAT I and SAT II for all 9 which are not free.

10 x $11 x 2 (SAT I and II) = $220

The Collegeboard website says that fee waivers are not applicable to International students. Is there an organization or program that offers fee waivers for internationals who are unable to pay... even if assistance is based on merit?

N.B: I used school signed fee waivers to apply to universities. The score sending is the problem.

When you send your scores, College Board sends both the SAT and the SAT Subject scores if you don’t use Score Choice. So you don’t need to double the expenses.
I don’t know about any organizations though… Try asking colleges if they will let you print out scores and maybe get them signed and attested by your counselor or ask if they could log in for you and check the scores…
