I’m taking the SAT soon and I’m curious what types of snacks I should bring? I’ve heard different things, but I want some more ideas. Thanks!
I kept it pretty simple and brought granola bars and nuts/trail mix, since they’re easy to eat and satisfying.
Avoid really sugary items, such as large candy bars or sodas. A light snack such as a banana or some nuts is good.
However more importantly, avoid a large breakfast before the SAT.
