sat subject test-

hey guys
i'm gonna be a sophomore this comming up semester
i'm an international student from korea.
the only subject test i took was korean with listening test and got 800/800.

my student advisor told me that from our grade, ucs dont require the subject tests.

so here are my question
1. does that mean i dont need to take any subject tests?
2. if i wanted to get into bu, nyu, or columbia univ., do i need to take it?
3. if i'm interested in language field, what subject do i need to take?

i'm new here so..
i'll be waiting and thank you all
bye :)

well i would think you’re applying to other schools than the UCs, so no

yes

whichever you’re good at. take tests that show your strengths.

You don’t need to take it for the UCs, but it won’t hurt.

Yes.

Take Lit and other subjects you are strong in. The 800 in Korean doesn’t carry much weight since you are Korean.

800 in korean is completely pointless…
