Okay, here is the unfortunate story. When I rode a motorbike from my city to the test centre in another city, a thief snapped my bag with my passport and national ID card in it. I was denied admission to the test centre earlier today and the authority said it would take at least a week to get the national ID card and a month to get the passport. Due to the complicated situation in my country, the College Board only allows passport and national ID card as acceptable photo ID's. My TOEFL is coming next week and I won't be able to get in due to the same reason. The closest availaible seat now for the TOEFL is on the 6th Nov. I have also changed my SAT date to next month. Can I make it for the early application? I'm so freaking out right now.

Ask the college admissions office. I had the same question (I’m applying ED at Pomona, and my SAT subject tests are on November 8th) and they told me that as long as the scores reach before Nov 30, I will be fine. Furthermore, many college websites explicitly state that they accept November scores. Pomona didn’t, which is why I asked them. Just do a little research or ask someone. :)
