<p>No. Two is the most that they require, so that’s fine. I don’t think having a 3rd great score will be a big difference, but obviously 3 great scores can only help.</p>

<p>absolutely not. in fact, none of the ivies even require 3 subject tests anymore (p’ton lowered it to 2 last year and i think harvard is lowering it to 2 this year). i only took 2.</p>

<p>If you haven’t sat for the SAT2s yet–it doesn’t hurt to take three in your fav subjects. Each is 1 hr and you can do 3 in one days testing…then you can select which two to use in the app.</p>

<p>as far as value on the app-- I suspect 3 strong scores is helpful though not mandatory.</p>

<p>^The only thing, imo, is that if you aren’t confident in your abilities on three tests, it’d be to your advantage to do really well on two tests (instead of just getting by on three tests).</p>
