SAT subject tests...importance?

<p>Hey everyone,</p>

<p>First of all, congrats to everyone who got in early decision!</p>

<p>I had a question to applying student, and anyone else, I guess, who has any insight on the issue. I was wondering, how important is it that I take TWO SAT subject tests, like the admissions office recommends. I only know of one that I would do well enough on that I would feel comfortable submitting it. I have AP tests in subject that I find myself very capable in, but most of them aren't available SAT subject tests.</p>

<p>Would I be better off taking just the one and doing well, or taking a second to meet the recommended amount?</p>

<p>ive heard that they are used to offset low SAT scores. i didnt take any and got in.</p>
