SAT Test Question

I'm all ready to submit my Common App, but I seem to have a problem. I have taken the SAT 3 times, and reported the best scores overall, from two separate test dates. Example:

Highest critical reading score
590
Critical reading date
03/08/2014
Highest math score
470
Math date
06/07/2014
Highest writing score
500
Writing date
06/07/2014

---->What does Number of SAT scores you wish to report mean? <----

I put the number 1 in, but I have no idea if this is right or not. Am I supposed to hit three because I have taken it three times? Or two because I submitted scores from two different days? Or one?

Please respond ASAP, I need to submit my application.

Really need an answer because I need to submit my application. Let me reword it:

I am submitting two different test results, because on one test my critical reading is higher then the other. Because I am submitting test scores from two different tests, are the “Number of SAT scores you wish to report” one or two?

I would say you would put ‘two’ and then list the scores from both test dates. I don’t know if it’s necessary to say ‘three’ if you are not reporting or sending any scores from that test date.
