SAT/TOEFL scores???

<p>Hi, I am going to transfer as a junior this year, but my SAT and TOEFL scores are all expired. Do you think that I should retake those exams? I have asked the same question in the "UC transfer" thread, and some people said that the school does not have such requirement. So, what about other schools, like Cornell, UPenn? Do you think that they accept expired TOEFL and SAT scores?</p>
