Hi guys,
I am about to be sophomore this year and want to get transfer next spring. My SAT and TOEFL scores ( I am an International student, currently studying in the US) are all expired. Do you think I have to retake those tests in order to be eligible for the admission? Also, what is the most important factors in the application, test scores, GPA in college or curriculum activities?
Thank you very much for helping...

You don't need SAT scores if you're transferring as a junior to a UC. Most important factors would be GPA, completion of required coursework, and essay/personal statement.

You don't need TOEFL either if you have completed the required English classes.. :)

All that you listed before are important.. It's better if you can work them out somehow to make your application looks appealing to the admission officers.. ^^ Probably someone else can provide you with a better suggestion..

Thank you guys for the response.. I feel less worried now
