<p>This is dumb, take both if you're an international. Any idiot can get a near perfect score on the TOEFL with minimal proficiency in English. The SAT Verbal, despite all its shortcomings, will say more about how well you can understand material in English. Besides, you'll probably be submitting an SAT math score already, so the verbal will probably show up at the admissions office either way.</p>
