SAT Vocab Memorization

How many vocab do u try to memorize everyday and how long does it take you?

Zero =]; don’t try to just memorize all of the words, most of the vocabulary have a coherent pattern that relates to the other words of similar natures. If you eliminate the most obvious context of each of the words, you’ll clearly see the pattern.

Don’t worry too much about the vocabulary section, it is usually by far the easiest section on the SAT.

you officially work for that site ^

do you really? is it why you go around cc and advertise that website???
How did you find out, RileyJohn? this is kind of “funny”.

I just started memorizing vocab. Instead of going the traditional route, I photocopied a list of SAT words then placed them around my house. I have about 300 SAT words scattered behind my computer, on my door, and on my bathroom mirror. It’s a really easy way to study vocabulary. In about 1-2 weeks you’ll know each word very well, then you can take those words down and tape a whole new batch onto your walls :D

every night before you go to bed, read the list. it’ll stick. and make flashcards if u want.
