On the Common Application should you only include the better score or is ok to include both? Scored a 36 composite on ACT with 10 on writing and a 2250 on SAT (710R, 770M, 770W) both were single sittings.

Forgot to mention SAT Subject Matter Scores were 800 for Math II and 790 for Chemistry - should these be sent no matter what for best chance?

Ok to include both; SAT subject test scores should be sent too.

If you don’t mind paying the fees, you should send all your scores to all your schools. Because all your scores are strong, the additional information should help to support your applications.

Since you have a perfect ACT score and you should send SAT2 subject test scores as well, just submit the SAT1 as well. It is the same cost anyway. Report them on your CommonApp.

Colleges generally look at your strongest test scores and many superscore as well (though probably not between ACT and SAT). I see no harm in submitting both scores.
