SAT World History Help

I am currently taking Honors Modern World History (not AP) and I plan on taking the SAT test in June. Do you think this is a good idea? Also what book would you recommend to study from?

If you prepare for it then it’s a good idea. I’d recommend Barrons. I’ve always used Barrons for my prep and it’s gone well because the practice tests are a bit harder than the real test.

Will I be at a disadvantage that I am not taking AP

AP is just an additional information to illustrate ur academic work, don’t worry if you don’t want to take one.

I’ve taken SAT WH before but the score is not so good. But I know someone prepare with both Princeton and Barron and get a 800

bump

bummp

I’m not sure why you keep bumping. You got an answer to your question.

Ask your teacher for a book to prep from. Go to the book store and look at the test prep books. Try the CB practice test.

Read your WH book.

As to the reason why I am bumping, I wanted more than just two opinions.

If history is your thing, then take it. History is not my thing at all, and I took it in June of my sophomore year and only got a 700. Take a practice test and see how you do.
