Just out of curiosity, about how many points will each practice test improve your score?
Some people go up from an 1800 to a 2250 simply by doing the 8 practice tests in the blue book? HOW? lol

each practice test = 10 points increase

I got a 2400 on my PSAT.
I did 10 practice tests, so I got a 2500 on my SAT.

I’m going to Stanyalarvard.

lmaoo nicee

There might be a few reasons: increased vocabulary at the end (by learning words they missed), knowledge of format (hence quicker, more effective test taking), error (was the first test the lowest and last the highest, with a consistent upward trend, or did it just work out like that), increased math knowledge (example: a test-taker may not know what a least common multiple is the first time through, but when they get the problem wrong they will know the right answer), increased sharpness (do they recognize tricks or misleading answers better?), and I’m sure many other reasons.

It’s going to depend a lot upon where you start. Someone starting with a high score has little room for improvement and so will not go up as much with each test.

Personally, after a 223 PSAT this was my BB score progression:

2260, 2240, 2290, 2300, 2300, 2400, 2340, 2400, then a 2310 on the March SAT.

I’m going to Stanyalarvard.

Haha

wow haha at first i thought that was a real school. lololol

what if its the passage readings that youre having real difficulties with? going from low 500s to 600s cant be THAT hard… right?
