SAT2 Biology Taxonomy Question

<p>So I'm taking the SAT2 Biology on Nov.
I was studying through barrons and PR, and I was confused about this one thing and wanted some opinions</p>

<p>in barrons, it said that Kingdom Monera is no longer valid, so they're in the domain archaea or something.
however, PR HAS kingdom monera. </p>

<p>i know its probably not a big deal, but just wanted to set clear which one is right since its been bugging me</p>

<p>anyone know which is righttt?</p>

<p>Barron's is right. Monera are now split into Kingdoms Archaea and Eubacteria.</p>

<p>It's probably good to know that Monera used to be used though.</p>
