SAT2 Chemistry curve!!!??

hi i was really hoping to know wat the maximum u can normally miss to get an 800?

especially if uve taken it b4, can u guestimate >_>

thank you!!

Over 9000.

80 800
79 800
78 790
76 770
75 770
74 760
73 760
72 750

IMHO, knowing how to use the internet to find important information is a more essential life skill than knowing introductory chemistry.

as if i hadnt found sparksnotes >_>

we know practice tests RANGE in what they call an 800.

barrons says between raw 85-75. PR says 85-79. cant take them all as true :)

I'm worried about my math II score. I hope my chemistry score is good. x_x I'm a little more confident in that test.

I'm pretty sure the usual curve is around 79/85 for an 800.

Could someone please look at their official collegeboard SAT II practice test book and give us the curve of an example test?

I have a really old CB practice book (from 1994) which says the curve one test was 79/85 for an 800 (4 wrong/6 omit). Take that as a grain of salt because the test and/or curve may have changed slightly from then.

In my opinion, Sparknotes curve is way to harsh and the tests are much more difficult. I had on average 730 while practicing on the Sparknotes practice tests and on the real thing i'm expecting 780-800 (probably 800).

gunna be a rough few weeks waiting for scores T_T

15 days left =.=
