I believe they require ACT or SAT. Unfortunately, they can easily find out your SAT scores so I would think it would be better to just send them. As far as the SAT 2, I don't think it's as important for admission but maybe it's possible just to send them 2 scores. Good luck.

the cornell admission web site/brochure says that it's recommended but optional. I'm confused now. It's required to send SATI/SATII even if I have taken ACT?

For the school of industrial and labor relations its either the ACT or the SAT and the SAT II in math(either IC or IIC). So just the ACT is fine.

Oh, so I don't need to send any SAT scores? Those "and", "or" really confuse me. Maybe cuz I'm not fluent in English or something, but it really does. I'm just making sure: I don't need to send any SAT scores as long as I have my ACT sent? or both ACT/SATII math are required? AHHH!! I'm too paranoid.

My SAT II math score isn't SO bad (it's not fantastic either :P)
But some of other SATIIs and SATI, those concern me a lot since they are WAY lower than average cornell acceptees to ILR. Do you CARE about the rest of SATIIs or consider them during admission process?

OMG.. I really want to go to ILR.. it's like my dream school.

I asked ILR admission's office and I just got a response:

"If you take the ACT you don't need to take the SAT's. If you choose to take the SAT's, you need to take SAT I and the SAT II's in math and writing.

They really look at your whole application, your leadership skills, essays and recommendations.
