Does anybody know the next test dates? Or have a guess as to how long it will be after June?

Next SAT will be October.

:/ so 5 months?!

5 months is correct.

i know, sucks right? =/

Right now I took the SAT in March, plan on taking 3 II’s in May, another SAT in June.
Is that good, do ya’ll think?

Take the SAT IIs in June and the SAT in May. There are few reasons:

The reason you should take the SAT II in June is because in May, you haven’t covered all the content in class. In addition, somwhere around June 1, you’ll be studying for your final which will be really handy for the SAT II.

You’ve studied for the SAT reasoning test in March and it’s closer to May, and believe it or not, constant exposure to the test is really beneficial. You don’t want a big gap of no SAT between March and June.

strosfan, most people find it extremely challenging to take 3 SAT subject tests at one sitting. Maybe wait to see how your March scores are, then consider taking 2 subs in May and 1 in June or vice versa.

The three I plan on taking are the US History, French, and Math II.
I think we should have everything covered up to Reagan by the time I take the SAT II, and then I don’t have to take any finals this year (exemptions). I also didn’t really study for the March SAT, so I think if I gave myself more time it would be more beneficial?

Math II should be easy for me. With French I plan on taking the Listening portion in November as well, so if I do bad on this one I can just replace it with the listening. (Which I am good at)

HighlandMom - I can kind of understand that, but the only one that would give me difficulty is the US history one, which, if I take it in May, will be just about the time of the AP test (I’ll have a lot of it covered). And then taking a French practice test doesn’t seem like too much of a burden, I have an AP book and believe it or not I like taking the practice tests, haha

HighlandDaughter likes taking practice tests (and the real thing, believe it or not) as well. I just would think long and hard about the endurance required for 3 tests - not so much the preparing but the actual taking.
