Saturday Farmers Market at Rice Starting in October

<p>I just saw the news that the Saturday morning farmers market currently held in The Heights will be moving to campus starting in October.</p>

<p>The original Saturday morning farmers market at Onion Creek is moving to land adjacent to the Rice University Campus on October 10. More space, more shade trees, more vendors -- everything the neighborhood wants in a farmers market. The new space is at the corner of Greenbriar and University with entrances off both streets. The hours will be a little later: 9 am to 1pm. So all you tailgaters going to Rice football games come on by for your party food!</p>

<p>Good to hear – So now there’ll be Farmer’s Market on campus Tuesdays from 3:30 PM
through 7 PM, as well as the new and larger event on Saturdays from 9AM - 1PM,
