How on earth can you get accepted ED to a prestigious school then somehow manage to completely drop the ball on the next report card? You surely could have tried a little harder to not get an F. There should have been some point in the semester when you realized “oh, there’s a lot at stake here, time to buckle down/get a tutor/drop a club or activity.” I have zero sympathy if you get rescinded.
I an so happy you are finally happy. It’s been a long time coming, and you deserve it.

Of course I need another root canal. And of I may need to get the crown replaced after. At least I have no new cavities.
And at least I can come home and sit out in the warm sun 
by the pool and feel somewhat less sorry for myself!

I never really understood the pain you went through until I experienced the same kind of pain. For that, I am sorry .
I can’t believe that I had to wait an hour and a half in the examination room for you. I could hear you yucking it up with your staff right outside the closed door. Must have been at LEAST 30 minutes of that hour and a half. I wish I would have recorded it with my iPad. You could tell after 15 seconds that I was not in the mood to be all friendly during the appointment.
Oh, and while waiting for my paperwork to get to me after my appointment was over, the nurse came and turned out the lights in the exam room with me in it. I must find a new doctor.
This is not 20th century, dear insurance company. No, we are not adding a landline for a home security company that satisfies your requirements. Nope, nope, nope. Have you heard of Nest and oprtions other than landline-connected ADT? Evolve. Or we will dump you.

Up late working. Not complaining - it’s great that 2018 is shaping up to be another good year for business. One kiddo is a second semester sophomore and the other one is a first semester junior, so we need to keep generating lots of income, ha.
Why do people not RSVP anymore? What happened to common courtesy?
I am so sick of opening posts with titles like “My grades are terrible. I’ll never get into college!” only to find that the poster’s “terrible grades” consist of all A’s and a couple of stray B’s.
