Say it here cause you can't say it directly- the get it off your chest thread (Part 1)

YAY! A week after my daughter’s last Regents exam, results are posted. She can breathe easy; she passed both exams with lots of room to spare.

Geometry was a few days after my husband’s heart attack, so it didn’t get quite the emphasis it normally would have. (And yes, he’s fine. They put in a stent and he was out in no time at all. Still, it wasn’t the peaceful weekend of studying my daughter had envisioned.)

This is horrible, horrible news. I’m sorry to see you go. I wish you could have hung around for a few more years.

I keep telling her NOT to take the bait. And yet, she can’t help herself. It always ends up the same way. It’s time to expunge the toxic, know it all people in her life. They aren’t worth it.

So annoyed - I spoke to you yesterday and everything was fine. Yet you cancelled the class today - now I have to scramble to find a replacement.

Thank you South Korea!!!

Benign is a lovely word!

TMI. Just, TMI.

Bad timing for retirement.

I wish you could, unemotionally, face the facts and realize that you’ve been deceived. Stop believing and repeating those lies. If something bad happened, I would never say “I told you so,” but I would think it. Your willful ignorance endangers others and destroys relationships. This is so wrong, so crazy, and so unnecessary.

Some of the training I’m required to take for my job is mind-numbingly boring. Like the one I’m listening to now…

Dear June, you have given me some delightful personal moments, especially the ones with my granddaughter. But, this overall picture has been well below par. I hope July will be a kinder month.

Well that’s a bridge burned. How is it that you charged me to attend an event we set up as a business partnership?

Wow—that’s really what it takes to get a claim paid under Chase Sapphire travel benefit—you have to file all the paperwork, file additional paperwork and then hound them for several days until they pay the claim as they’re supposed to! Wow—terrible service or really din-witted claims adjuster or both? Oh well, very disappointed! Took a month to get this piddly (under $160) claim resolved. I had really expected a LOT better and gave had better with AmEx Costco benefits folks and others.

At least you’re paying the claim in full without me having to submit yet additional paperwork!

Look, you moron- stop tagging multiple people in your facebook posts who (a) aren’t in your old “memories” photos and (b) don’t want your drivel on their page. You are so self focused that you think people want your nonsense on their page? Well not me. I untagged myself pronto.

Why have you allowed my son’s roommate to have two “guests” in their apartment for over 7 weeks now?? You don’t think it’s a little stressful for my son? You don’t understand that stress causes him to de-escalate and end up in the hospital? I hope the supervisor returns my call quickly. Not a happy mother bear at this point. :frowning:

Ugh, the fruit flies outside the apartment are now in my room and bug the crap out of me

I just don’t feel like doing any work today. Motivation is non-existent…

Thankful that this storm will be gone before we start our trip in a few days.

I know you don’t think your “advice” was racist, but it really was, and I hope everyone ignores it.

We have always supported you in everything you have wanted to do. It hurts my feeling when you act like you wish you came from a different family. I know you have changed but you don’t realize how much you would miss the stability of your family if we were changing too. Sorry about your boring summer.
