<p>hey, I'm an international student and I want to go to SBCC for geology the first 2 years, I really liked the prgram there but the thing is later on im gna either go out of state or CSU/UC but when do a student must sign the TAG thing? and 1 TAG for a UC and 1 for CSU>?
