Ok, so I sent my community college transcripts to UCLA about a month ago. However, on myUCLA, it still says they haven't received them. I know the system can be slow, but that slow? I'm freaking out right now, do you guys have any advice?

Have you tried calling them ? Usually if you call, they will look at your file and be able to tell you whether or not they were truly received.

I’ve heard if you call they place you on hold and you end up waiting a while, so I’ve been trying to avoid that option. However, considering how late it is, it looks like I haven’t got a choice. Do you happen to have the number for the office or where I can find it?

The wait isn’t going to take you 4 hours or something…It took less than 15 minutes for me to speak to them… Even if you think it might take a while you can just put your phone on speaker and wait for the connection tone. The number is on the contact us page of the admissions office.

The contact information of UCLA Admission Office is [Contact Information - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/contactus.htm)

Just remember to call them before 4PM, I don’t think you need to wait for too long to have them talk to you on phone. You should also check your cc transcript was mailed out or not.

My transcripts were not received by them until like last week. Then I got a mail informing me that they have placed my admission and access to university services on hold. If they didnt get it within the next 10 days they’d rescind my offer.

I called them immediately to tell that I had sent my transcripts over 2 months ago. The guy checked with a student officer and told me 15~20 minutes later that it was a system error and my transcripts were with them. It’d take them a while to update this on myUCLA.
Just call.
