Schedule advice?

I'm having trouble planning my schedule for next year (sophomore) . Here's the schedule I've discussed with my counselor:
-Biotechnology (I'm out of school district so I have to take some agricultural related class every year)
-Symphonic Band
-Honors Chemistry
-Honors English 2
-Honors Algebra 2 (I'll probably take that over the summer)
-Honors Civics and Economics
-AP Government and Politics
-Psychology
-World Religions (alternative)
-Psychics (alternative)

My main problems are whether I should stick with AP Gov and move to honors Psychics. I know psychics is not an easy subject and I'm the kind of person that needs an hour plus of studying to prepare for a test or quiz. I don't want to be bombarded with a lot of work that I can't keep up with and extracurriculars on top of that. My school is also on an A/B schedule so I would have all eight classes throughout the year. I'm also seriously contemplating taking AP Gov. Sophomores at my school can only take one AP course and I think that is the only one available to us. I want to take it to challenge myself and improve my time management skills. I know if I take this class I'll be involved in a lot of group work which is something I'm not really a fan of but I know I can't exactly escape group work in general. I've also heard that the test the teachers give for AP Gov don't necessarily cover things read in the book and that it goes beyond that (if that makes sense)....it kind of scares me a little and makes me think I won't be able to prepare myself for them.
