Schedule for Junior Year - need some insight?

Apparently, I just found out I'm going to be called in for scheduling tomorrow, which is A LOT sooner than I had expected. I seriously could benefit from more time to consider, but this is kind of tentative idea that I sketched out since last week.

AP Chemistry
AP Psychology
AP Art History
AP English Language
Pre-Cal Honors
English III Honors
Spanish III Honors
Health/Phys. Ed (district requirement,ugh)

Self-Study: possibly AP Stats

So, here's the situation, I'm slightly hesitant about AP English Language because English is definitely not my strongest subject, but I'm kind of at a loss as to what else I should take. I could take AP Physics B, but I have absolutely no physics background and I'm planning on saving it till senior year. But I don't want to double up on sciences either and at the same time, AP Physics is a double-block class, which means I would have to give up another AP class. But everyone (as in peers and some teachers) are begging me to take it and they think I'm foolish because I didn't take it as sophomore.

My Literature teacher, who is also the AP English Lang. teacher recommended me for AP English Language. He's an amazing teacher (changed a lot of people's lives and mine too haha) and probably the one of the only reasons I want to take AP English Language is to have him again (although I don't mind having him senior year). I have become a lot stronger in writing this year and a better analyzer- although nowhere near the level I would like to be at (unless I could miraculously improve over the summer?)

I don't know what to do. Sorry for being so long-winded.

Ugh :/

I intended to post this somewhere else.
