Schedule

I am going into ninth grade and I wanted to know of this schedule seemed good.
English 1 Honors
Integrated Math II
Biology(Honors Level Science)
Wrestling (P.E. Credit)
Spanish 1
Intro to Computer Science
There are only two honors classes offered for ninth graders the other is World History but 9th graders aren’t required to take history and my parents wont let me take an extra period.

You should take a history class, even if it means dropping computer science. The core course are English, Science, Math, History and Foreign Language and you should be taking all of them in ninth grade.

I agree with @happy1. If you plan on going to college, you have to take at least three years of social studies. By not taking social studies during your freshman year, you’re basically guaranteeing that you’ll only get three years of social studies. And keep in mind that just because something isn’t required doesn’t mean it’s highly recommended. I know absolutely no one that has missed a year of history between their 9th and 11th grades and it’s because their future classes required the course from the previous year. Therefore, I strongly recommend taking history and filling it in for computer science. Courses like computer science can be taken during your senior year when you have more room to fill in.

I do. Different high schools have different graduation requirements, and some eliminate social studies in 9th or 10th to fit in requirements for art/music/gym/computer literacy, etc.

That said, this is not the issue for the OP, so I agree that s/he should opt for World History over Computer Science.

World history is a core class. You need to take it for college (top colleges want 4 years of history/social science so right off the bat you’d block some choices. Most selective colleges want 3 years.)
So, take world history honors.
See if your parents will let you take CS since you’ve got basic skills already and it wouldn’t be too taxing apparently.

Actually a lot of Californian schools don’t allow you to take a social science class in 9th grade.

I plan on starting history next year with AP European History in 10th grade, so I will have 3 years and meet all the requirements for Social Studies. I wanted to take Intro to CS for my enjoyment

First, check whether this is allowed: often, students who take AP Euro or AP world in 10th grade come from 9th grade honors history and it may be a pre-req. (At some schools, not taking the 9th grade honors class means you’re off the AP sequence in history/social studies for all of high school, which I find terrible.)
Second, going from middle school social studies to nothing to AP euro, even if it’s allowed, is a terrible idea. The jump in rigor would be too high and would likely lead to a catastrophe because HS history honors is quite a step up from middle school social studies, and AP euro is quite a step up from honors history.
Finally, most top colleges expect 4 years in all five core classes. Don’t block your path early on by skipping a core class your HS odfers.
If you want to take CS for your enjoyment, convince your parents you can take it on top of your core classes.

My sister took AP Euro without Honors World History and got a B and she is not a very comitted student but still a hard worker so I figured I could handle it.

As I said, check whether it’s allowed. Don’t assume it’ll be. Contact the HS to explain your plan and explain what you want to do.
Second, have you talked to your sister and your current social studies teacher about that plan?
Also, I’m not sure you should aim for B after a lot of hard work.
Finally, remember that not taking a core class your HS offers will be a problem at the most selective colleges.
