<p>Are scholar programs only offered to entering first-years or are there opportunities to apply after the first year? Thanks in advance to any insight.</p>
<p>If you are not invited when you are accepted you can apply to join them in your first semester.</p>
<p>You can apply to join Echols. I believe you can also apply to join Rodman since they add more students after the first semester. College Science Scholars are added by faculty recommendation. I’m not sure how College Arts Scholars operates.</p>
