definitely! i don’t like alchy but whoooo knows what’ll happen at college…I might get ****face wasted at some party and not even care…i just want to enjoy college, preferably sober but i’m not gonna be like “NO IM NOT DRINKING AT ALL DURING COLLEGE!” bcus that’d be a taddddd unrealistic

Haha seriously. I’m not against it morally it justs tastes gross. But hey there’s no saying that I won’t be out partying and drinking every now and then. Who knows? I’ve been known to change my mind…

well if we get drunk off our ass and make complete fools of ourselves, let’s do it together so it’ll be completely epic!

Deal. Haha you’re really easing my nerves here bud! At least I know I have a drinking buddy! Bahaha

hahaha i’m glad now we have movie night buddies, drinking buddies, people watching buddies, swimming buddies…so many buddies haha

Teenagers…

This forum definitely confirmed that I’m going to apply for San Rafael. Reading this thread was enough to make me slit my wrists; I’m too old for this ****!

san raf is reserved for returning students. freshmen dont get it :]

manzanita is pretty socially dead, there are 5 freshmen this year in manzanita(i think), but the way the rooms are set up you don’t really want to live there. not too social since 2nd years mostly live there and the rooms are far apart.

I’d recommend applying for the sub-free floor for you then.

I’m not a freshman, I’m transferring as a junior. And no offense, the last thing that I want is to dorm with teenagers/freshmen.

fred11 - I am admitted to honors also (for English). I am also confused about whether to apply for the honors floor in housing as I am serious about school but also want to have fun and want to be with people who are interested in both. By “fun” I don’t mean heavy drinking so I guess it depends on how one would define partying. All I’m saying is I would like to be with other students who are intelligent and serious about school but also like to socialize and have interests beyond their classes. I also would love to hear from current students about their experience with the honors floors and also, whether FT is good, bad or neutral for freshman like me.

Matrix123 - I have the exact same problem! I ended up asking for the honors floor mostly because I’m NOT a huge partier. I am really social though so I figured that even if I do end up with a dud, I make other friends. Now I’m just worried that I’ll end up with some chick who never speaks and gets mad if I want to play my music or something haha. But I get along with most people so I’m hoping I won’t have any problems. =)

Which dorm did you request?
