Does anyone know when Oklahoma State University merit scholarships will be announced for applicants who submitted by the Nov. 1 “Early Opportunity for Scholarships” deadline? I am just curious if those students will be informed early, or if everyone will hear after the Feb. 1 “Priority Scholarship” deadline. Thanks!
