I got into Wisconsin in computer science major. Being an international student my family finds the cost little high. Can you tell me how to apply for scholarship and if wisconsin gives scholarship easily? Lets suppose i decide to go to wisconsin then what are various other ways in which i can contribute towards my fee.
Wisconsin is my “THE SCHOOL”. i dont want to leave it.

Not likely to get any scholarships, even if you lived in Wisconsin. International students do need to show they can pay all costs- tuition and fees, books, room and board plus travel expenses need to be affordable.
Many US citizens also cannot afford their dream school and need to go within their home state.
Presumably you filed for any financial aid you are eligible for (not sure if available for non US students) along with applying. Check the UW website for info.
Facts are- finances determine where students attend college. Your parents will know if the high price is affordable for them.
