scholarship chances

I was wondering if it is possible to get a big scholarship with a 1400 SAT, 3.85 UW GPA, and a 5.1 W GPA, 14 IB/AP classes by the end of this year (I'm out of state), 4 years of sports, extra-curriculars, and volunteering.
On the website it says that those who get big scholarships average an SAT score of 1500 and up.

I already know what my major will be (special-ed), but I don't know if that helps.

Basically, I'm just wondering if anyone qualifies for substantial scholarships even if they don't have an extremely good SAT score

"The criteria to receive Academic Recruiting Scholarships vary each year, and are based on the overall competitiveness of that particular freshman class. Students who have a score of 1370 or above on the math and critical reading sections of the SAT (or 31 or above on the ACT) and who rank in the top 10 percent of their class will be given priority consideration if they apply by December 1 and complete their application by the end of December.
if you’re in the top 10% of your HS class, you should get a substantial scholarship

yes! i am number 11 out of 406 (2.7%)

of course this is dependent on the quality of applicants per year. There are only a set number of scholarships so meeting those minimum requirements do not mean you automatically get a scholarship but since you have a high class rank, I would say that you should get a big scholarship.
