Scholarship for International students

<p>Hello all:</p>

<p>University of Minnesota Twin cities offer "Gold/Maroon Global Excellence Scholarships" to outstanding International students. This basically pays the difference between In-state tuition and Out of state tuition. Does anyone know of any other Universities in the midwest that offer similar scholarships?</p>
