<p>I am an international student and I like to study my undergraduate program in Berkeley University.
1. How do i get scholarship?
2. Do scholarship depends on merit?
3. If i don't have merit won't i be eligible for scholarship?
4. Do we have any test so that i can score good and get scholarship?</p>

<p>Berkeley is a state school that doesn’t really give aid or scholarships to non-residents or internationals. Berkeley doesn’t have funds for that.</p>

<p>You need to choose another school.</p>

<p>It’s possible for graduate level study but not for college. You will have to do well in both school and on tests.</p>
