<p>Would anyone know when or how we are notified about scholarship money? USF sent their offer in their mailed admission thing. Is there any chance it will show up on myucf?</p>

<p>I received my letter of admission. But there are not any scholarship offers on it like there are on the USF one.</p>
<p>They haven’t sent the scholarship award letters yet. My son has been sent an invitation to apply for the Burnett Honors College and his letter/packet of acceptance to UCF for Fall 2012 (after the Honors College packet) and we haven’t seen any scholarship information yet. Six years ago, my eldest daughter (UF '10) was awarded the Pegasus Silver and got the letter postmarked October 27th. I can’t believe that I saved this!</p>

<p>Naw I got a $16,000 presidential and $2,250 from honors college for a total of $18,250.</p>
<p>Damn I only got the directors and honor college thing. You applying to the ucf one?</p>
<p>Yeah, but hopefully I’ll make national merit finalist and can cash in on that scholarship instead. I think they guarantee $18,000 for semifinalist. </p>
<p>If not they also have a $20,000 provost scholarship (top award) and $12,000 for pegasus gold…probably supplemented by a grand or two from honors college.</p>

<p>I believe we hear about UCF scholarships in late Nov. I’m hoping for Provost… but my test scores are low… 1370/2050, 31. :/</p>

but in actuality I would be perfectly content with the Silver or hopefully Gold pegasus. However I was wondering, I’m not honors college material due to scores, but how do we apply for the LEAD program? Or does my not recieving an app for that in my acceptance letter foreshadow imminent rejection from them as well?</p>
<p>I get the impression that LEAD is based more on ECs/Comm service than test scores. The honors college seems more concerned with scores/GPA.</p>

<p>Problemofchoice, I got accepted to UCF for Fall 2011 2 weeks ago. I just checked myUCF web site and they offered me the Pegasus Gold. It does not state how much I will be receiving. You said that it was approx $12,000, it that a definate amount or does that amount go up each year? I was hoping for the Provost scholarship, but I am happy I got the Pegasus Gold. I will be applying for outside scholarship also. Thanks.</p>
<p>I got the Pegasus Gold as well, in case you guys can’t find it you go to the self service tab and scroll down to where it says undergraduate admissions and there should be a link there called “Scholarship Status”</p>
<p>I just checked. My son’s MyUCF dosen’t have anything called “scholarship status”, only Admissions status. He should be awarded something (since he qualifies for honors at UF) and he was admitted last September in the first batch. Please clarify where you saw this.</p>
