Yes hello, I recently applied to SAIC- my target school.

I had my portfolio reviewed and accepted twice and was oddly enough nominated for a merit scholarship from them.. Everything has been submitted but my sat scores, which kind of suck but it's whatever at this point.

My school grades are around B's and I'm in AP-2D along with NAHS and writing club and cirque. I have oodles of extracurricular activities and everything-

The problem is that my sat reading score is literally just 20 points below the requirement.. Have schools ever considered anyone in acceptance that does not/barely meets the score requirement? I just. I need to know that it is possible. I don't even know if I stand a chance and I'm getting anxiety about not being smart enough.

This is the only art school that said they like my creativity, the others legitimately said they didn't know what to do with me and my art style/creativity.
I hope schools make acceptions based on portfolios, if they even do..Good grief this all is so overwhelming.
