<p>where and when do they typically notify u of that stuff. i know the FAQ's page for umich said like a month all the way to april but for the people that have already gotten stuff for regents, how long after ur acceptance and does it come via email, wolverine access, or snail mail?? thnx!</p>
<p>My daughter got the letter on the Regent's Merit about a week after she had gotten her acceptance letter in the mail. It came in an envelope that said Regent's Merit Scholarship on the return address. It's only a one time $1500 though.</p>

<p>what are the regents based on? is it common to only get $1500 merit total (or nothing at all)? I'm majoring in liberal arts, which I'm told will hurt me when it comes to scholarship money. I guess I'm fuzzy on the whole merit-based scholarship process.</p>
