Most college career department advice to take off high school accomplishments and focus on college accomplishments for job resume. Should you add your national merit scholar, presidential scholar etc to your job resume or that’s a no no as well?
Assuming you are at least a sophomore, you have two or more semesters on your transcript that document your present accomplishments, as an adult - and those stand on their own.
Unless it’s the job/internship application by a college 1st-year student, I would question why a résumé I receive needs to fall back on High School results.

It makes some sense for actual scholars but mentioning commended for national merit scholarship and finalist for presidential scholarship seems odd.
