fastweb is only for u.s students right?!..</p>
<p>I don't know if you can apply as an international but it doesn't really matter because most of the scholarships you offer you have to be a U.S. citizen. </p>

<p>Some are for international students as well, but many/most are not.</p>
<p>Actually I found a number of scholarships on fastweb for both U.S. and international students. You just have to look harder.</p>
