Scholorships to College, and paths to take for a person trying to become a doctor

I'm currently a junior in High school. I want to go into the medical field - a doctor. However, I'm not exactly sure which college I want to go to.
My cousin got into Cornell with a free ride as her GPA was great and she got a 2350 on her SATs, but I'm not exactly like that.

I'm asian , which I've been told affects my acceptance.
I have a 3.6 GPA.
I took AP US Government as a freshman, AP Human Geography as a sophomore (in addition to doubling up in two sciences : Honors Chem and Anatomy & Physiology . My school's sophomores take usually take Biology), and as a Junior, I am currently taking AP Biology, AP English Language, and AP Statistics. I skipped a level in french - (French V), but that doesn't exactly help for someone who wants to be in the medical field. I take a regular Honors Euro class as well.

I'm in the National Honor Society

As a Senior, I want to be in Allied Health, and my counseler said I have a good chance getting in as I took A & P as a sophomore, while you are supposed to take it as a Junior or Senior.

It looks as if I'll be getting three Bs for the first marking period, but I've been working to make sure that doesn't happen again. I'm shooting for As.

Regarding my Extra curriculars, I am the President of B.O.L.D, a type of leadership club. I'm an editor in the school newspaper, and I'm studying to participate in the Science Olympiad in A & P and water quality.

With volunteer work, I'll be helping out at the Birches, a nursing home, and have sent in an application to volunteer at a nearby hospital.

I've been studying for the SATs for a year now, as I got a 150 on my PSATs.
At the moment, my scores range from 1950-2100. (reading is the worst - around 600, while Math I usually range from 750-800 and my English from 700-750).

Last time I checked, my rank was in the 6th percentile (It fell from 12th/400 students to 24/400)

I'm not sure what college I should go to, a good Ivy league for undergrad, or a good college that isn't exactly an Ivy but has a good reputation?

And even so, will I even be able to get a scholorship, beause my family can't afford to pay for my college and I really want to go as I've been trying to shape my high school career so that I could become a doctor.

Where should I strive to raise my scores - GPA, SAT, (SAT subject tests, I plan to take the Math 1 and 2s, and the Bio test).

I 'm sorry if this was such a long read :c
I'm just kind of freaking out. -.-

Stop freaking.

You can get into med school from almost any college and major. You just need top grades and a great score on the MCAT.

Many people suggest that you minimize undergraduate debt because med school is so expensive. So, what is your home state? Have you looked at your in-state public schools? Do you qualify for a free ride (tuition and/or room and board) anywhere in your home state on the basis of grades and scores?

We’ll have more questions, but let’s start with these.
