School choices?

I am wondering if I have chances to get into good schools? What schools do you think I have a chance at?

I am a junior in high school

Here are some major issues:
I had some health issues freshman year, causing a very low GPA. -- Can I explain this in my application?
Sophomore year, I went to an online school first semester (sort of a transition period before boarding school), how bad does that look? Second semester I went to a boarding school, because I thought that would be a better school for me, turned out it didn't. For junior year I went back to my original public school. (this is clearly quite weird).

!(important) --- I have absolutely no extracurricular - what would be the best ones to start?

I am interested in pre-veterinary science - most likely biological sciences as a major.

I take almost all honors classes - around 12 AP tests will be taken, etc.

My SAT will be 2200+.
My school asked us to take a practice ACT - I got a 30 (unprepared)

I got ~2.6 for 9th grade, ~3.1 for 10th (3.6 weighted), and I likely will get ~3.5 for junior (unweighted), 4.4 weighted same for senior year.

AP class list:
AP biology
AP chem
AP (some science either enviro or physics C(yikes!))
AP US gov
AP Human Geo
AP macro
AP micro
AP comp science AB
AP calc BC
AP stat
AP lang
AP lit
I was thinking about self-studying for AP Psych.

I think your issue is going to be establishing a solid track record, and this year will be crucial to demonstrate that your challenges are behind you.
I would not advise any self-study time this year on extra classes. Your time is better spent with extra study on your very rigorous course load, and developing a solid relationship with two of your teachers for rec letters next fall.
